Group visits to Renishaw

Groups are very welcome at Renishaw Hall & Gardens.

Guided tours of the ground floor of the Hall and the Gardens must be arranged in advance. They can be booked for any day or evening throughout the season and at other times by special arrangement. Please bare in mind that Renishaw is still a family home.

Guided Hall tours can be at 11am or 2.30pm or in the evening by arrangement. Hall tours take approximately one and a half hours.

Garden tours can be at times to suit your group, often led by the Head Gardener. You are also welcome to explore the gardens yourselves without a guide.

Don’t forget to spare time during your visit to see our fascinating exhibition in The Gallery which is featuring the amazing collections of Sir Osbert Sitwell, many of them unseen including Picasso, Rex Whistler, Cecil Beaton and Wyndham Lewis to name but a few.

You may wish to consider our Hall Tour and Dine evenings, Garden Walk & Dine tours or our Vineyard Tour & Taste tours.

On arrival, our staff will meet you and tell you about everything we offer to make your day a success. If your group would like something to eat or drink during your visit, the Gallery Café serves an excellent lunch as well as snacks and beverages. Group meals can be pre-booked.

Benefits for group organisers:

Coaches approaching Renishaw Hall from the M1 should take the second signposted left turn off the A6135, as this makes an easy turn through the entrance.
